Account Deletion for InexTrack

We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your data.

How to Delete Your Account:

1. From Within the InexTrack App (Recommended Method):

  • Open the InexTrack app on your device.
  • Navigate to the 'Settings' screen.
  • Go to 'Danger Zone'.
  • Select the 'Delete Account' option and follow the on-screen prompts.
  • This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile information, receipts, invoices, budget data, and any other records you have created within InexTrack.

2. Request Account Deletion via Email (If you cannot access the app):

  • If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by sending an email to: [email protected]
  • Please use the subject line: "InexTrack Account Deletion Request"
  • In your email, please include the email address associated with your InexTrack account so we can identify and process your request.
  • We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon successful verification and processing, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What Data is Deleted:

Upon account deletion, all your personal information and user-generated content within InexTrack, including profile information, receipts, invoices, budgets, and cloud-synced data related to these items, will be permanently removed from our active databases.

Please note that data may persist in our secure backup systems for a limited period before being completely erased, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary once a deletion request is processed.
